All sample orders are shipped via first class mail. Stationery and custom orders are shipped via Fed-Ex or USPS Priority Mail, with tracking and insurance for your protection. Orders over $250 require a signature upon delivery. Please note we also require a valid telephone number for Fed-Ex deliveries.
For security reasons we cannot ship to any address other than the shipping address entered into your Paypal checkout. If you are purchasing a gift or prefer to have your package delivered to another address, please select this location as your shipping address.
Stationery orders may take between 3 and 5 weeks to create before shipping, so please allow for this production time when placing your order. Custom orders may require additional production time depending on the scope of the project and the type of materials.
Need your invitations super-speedy? Expedited shipping is available; a flat rush fee of $375 guarantees delivery within two weeks of your final proof approval and includes Fed Ex Overnight Express shipping.
International shipping is available; buyer is responsible for all applicable customs, delivery & brokerage fees. International orders will include a customs form on the outside of the package; the actual cost of your item(s) will be reported as its stated value.
We are as obsessed with packaging as we are with your order. Your items are first wrapped in a waterproof & compostable plant-based film. Then we place these goodies inside padded chipboard boxes (recycled, natch) and tie 'em up with bakers twine for a tight seal. The boxes are then nestled into a supportive cushion of 100% PCW paper shreds or eco-friendly aspen wood stuffing. All of this love gets packaged up in a thick, protective and cute custom cardboard box, which is carefully taped and personally handed to our Fed-Ex driver or Postmistress. (We count them as friends, and they count you as family.) Rest assured that not only will your order arrive in excellent condition, it will have been hugged all along the way!
